Pets

Pets are not permitted in the rental unless permission was granted prior to visit.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted on the property.  Evidence of smoking on the premises will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Parties

We require notification for gatherings of more than 16 people.  Quiet hours are after 9pm.

Household Supplies

Feel free to use any paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), hand soap, dish soap or laundry detergent if you wish.

Pool Safety

Children must always be accompanied by an adult. One adult must accompany every 3 children.  Children in diapers are not allowed in main pools.  Children who are not toilet-trained must wear waterproof swim pants in Children’s Pool.
