Check-in/out Instructions

Check-in Time:  4:00pm                        

 Please take a moment and check the home for cleanliness, appropriate amount of linens and anything else that would make your stay better. If anything isn’t up to your standards, please report any dissatisfaction with the rental within 24 hours.

Access

All of our properties use keypad locks.  We will send you the code for your property the day before or morning of your stay.

Wifi

The wifi name is “Loma Homes Guest” and there is no password required. Once you select the wifi you will be prompted to enter your name and email in order to be logged in.

Garbage

Trash is collected on Tuesdays and Fridays.  Please place all garbage in the provided garbage bags and place in the garbage bin outside the house for curbside pickup 

Check-out Time:  10:00am

 We appreciate your prompt attention to the checkout time as our cleaners have a very tight schedule to get the property ready for the next guests.

Departure Checklist

1.  Please wash and put away all dishes.
2.  Wipe out and empty the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets of all items you brought to the home.
3.  All trash must be bagged and placed in the porch for pickup.
4.  Please leave furniture and TV/DVD’s arranged as you found them.
5.  Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. If your home has a hot tub, please make sure the cover is on and locked.
6.  Check under all beds, sofas, and in all drawers and closets for your belongings.
7.  Please do a final walk through to ensure that doors, windows, and skylights are turned off.  Pay special attention to outside flood lights if any.
8. Remember your check-out time is posted on your contract. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive shortly after your departure, so please observe the check-out times.
9. Special COLD WEATHER instructions: Make sure all heat is left at 60 degrees – DO NOT turn the heat off
